Our office is situated right behind the bus stand in Bhaktinagar, near the highway. It’s an easy spot to find if you know the area. We represent the industries around Shapar Veraval. It’s a lot of small and medium factories around here, so there is always something going on. We spend our days dealing with the common issues that factory owners face, like electricity problems or road repairs. It’s not a quiet job. There’s always someone dropping by to complain about something or ask for advice on a new regulation. We have a few desks and a lot of old files stacked up. The sound of the traffic from Nh-8b is pretty much constant in the background. We aren't some big government office, just a group that tries to look out for the local businesses. It gets pretty dusty with all the construction and trucks nearby, so we are always wiping down the tables. We keep the kettle going for tea because people are always coming in for a chat or a quick meeting. It’s a practical place for practical people who work in the factories. Most of us have been around the industrial sector for years, so we know how things work on the ground. It’s about keeping the factories running and making sure the local infrastructure doesn't fall apart completely. We do what we can with the little we have.
