Balaji Bearings

Balaji Bearings is located right where Dharmendra Road meets 6 Garediya Kuva Main Road. It’s a busy intersection and there’s always a lot of dust from the street. We’ve been selling bearings here for years. The shop is filled with boxes from floor to ceiling. It smells like metal and industrial grease, which is just how we like it. We don’t have a fancy display or a big air-conditioned waiting room. You usually just stand at the counter while we go fetch what you need from the back. Sometimes it takes a minute to find the exact size because we have so many different types. We don't spend money on glossy brochures or internet ads. Most of our customers are mechanics or factory workers who have been coming to us for a long time. Dharmendra Road is a hectic place, especially in the afternoons, but we’ve gotten used to the noise of the traffic. My brother and I run the place together. We don’t always agree on where things should be put, but we get the orders out. It’s a straightforward business. We buy bearings, we stock them, and we sell them.
