Our place is in Morbi, which everyone knows is the heart of the ceramic business in India. Seron Ceramic Pvt Ltd is located at Shivam, in Vidyut Nagar, just behind the old Arunoday Mills. It’s a very busy part of Morbi 2. If you’ve ever been to this town, you know how much dust and activity there is with all the big trucks moving around the narrow roads. We deal with tiles and all sorts of ceramic products. The office is right there where all the action is. It has a family-run kind of feel even though we are officially a private limited company. We spend a lot of our time checking samples and talking to different suppliers. The heat in Gujarat can be really tough, especially in the middle of the day during summer. We have a small area in the back where we keep all the designs and heavy pieces. It’s a bit messy sometimes with all the samples and crates lying around. People come in from all over to look at what we have available. We aren't a big showroom with bright lights and loud music. It’s more of a place where we do the actual business of selling and shipping. We’ve been around this Vidyut Nagar area for a long time now. Everyone knows the spot behind the mills. We just try to keep things moving and get the orders out to the customers on time. It is hard work every day and we stay busy.
