We operate out of unit 350 in the Aji GIDC area. If you’ve ever been to the industrial zones around here, you know they are mostly wide roads and big square buildings. Sensitive Healthcare is one of them. We focus on healthcare products, but our day-to-day life is very much about the industrial process. There are labs and storage areas that we have to keep very clean, which is a bit of a challenge given all the dust in a GIDC zone. It’s a lot of paperwork and making sure everything follows the rules. We don't have a fancy office with leather chairs. It’s mostly metal desks and white walls. The people working here are local folks who know their way around a production line. We don't spend time on fancy speeches or mission statements. We just show up, check the batches, and make sure everything is shipped out on time. The canteen nearby is where we usually get our lunch, and the talk is usually about the weather or the traffic coming into the estate. It’s a practical life. We’ve been in this building for quite some time now. We aren't trying to change the world; we’re just making sure the healthcare supplies people need are available and made correctly. It’s a steady job in a busy part of the city, and that’s enough for us. We just try to keep things organized and handle the shipments without any major delays.
