We are tucked away right behind Big Bazar near the Maruti Chowk on Satya Sai Main Road. It’s a prime spot because there are always people around doing their shopping. If you’ve ever been to this part of town, you know how hectic the traffic can get. Our shop is usually filled with the sound of phones ringing or the tiny screwdrivers hitting the workbench. We deal with cracked screens, dead batteries, and all those annoying software glitches that people run into. The counter is usually covered with various phone parts and small tools. It’s not a huge place, so it can feel a bit cramped when three or four people come in at once. We don't have a fancy waiting area, just a bench where you can sit if it’s not too crowded. We spend a lot of time squinting at small parts under a magnifying lamp. Sometimes we have to wait a few days for a specific part to arrive, which can be frustrating for the customers and for us too. We try to be as quick as we can, but some jobs just take time. There’s a lot of tea drinking while we wait for things to load or dry. It’s a busy little shop where we just try to get everyone’s tech back in working order so they can go about their day.
