Santosh Medical is tucked away inside the Jai Jawan Jai Kisan Society. It’s a quiet residential area, so we don't get a ton of random foot traffic from the main roads. Most of our customers are the families who live right here in the society. We’ve known some of these people for years, watching their kids grow up and everything. The shop itself is small and simple. We don’t have any fancy displays, just the essentials that people need for their health. Sometimes it feels more like a place for a quick chat than a store, since everyone knows each other. I started this place because I wanted to work somewhere close to home and serve the people in my neighborhood. It's a bit tucked away, so if you're not from the society, you might have to ask someone for directions, but everyone knows where we are. We try to keep the most common medicines in stock so people don't have to drive out to the main market. If someone is feeling under the weather and can’t make it down, sometimes we even walk the medicine over to their house if we have a spare minute. It’s just a small local business run by people who live nearby. We keep the hours regular and try to be there when someone needs us. It's not a big operation, just a steady one that serves our little community here day in and day out.
