You can find us at No. 101 in the Shivbhumi Upasana Park. We are situated right on the 150 Feet Ring Road, which is one of the busiest parts of the city. Being so close to Balaji Hall and Balaji Park makes us easy to spot, even if the traffic can be a bit of a mess during the rush hours. Our space is full of all sorts of equipment. It’s not like a regular chemist shop; there is a lot of metal and plastic gear taking up the floor space. We often have boxes stacked in the corners because new shipments are always coming in. The floor is tiled and we try to keep it clean, but the dust from the Ring Road is a constant battle. We spend our days showing people how to handle the equipment or just counting the stock we have on hand. It’s a lot of manual labor, moving heavy items around and making sure everything is in the right place. The staff here is just a few of us from the neighborhood. We don't have fancy uniforms or corporate manuals. We just wear what’s comfortable for moving boxes. Sometimes the phone rings constantly, and other times we just sit and talk about what’s going on in Balaji Park. We usually eat our lunch together in the back room while listening to the traffic outside. It’s a practical, no-nonsense kind of place where we just do our work.
