Sanjay Medical Agency is located at number 17 in the Panchnath Smruti building. We are very close to Moti Tanki Chowk, a place that just about everyone in this part of town knows. Since we are in such a central spot, there is always the sound of scooters and cars honking outside. It just becomes part of the background noise after you’ve worked here a few weeks. Our office is strictly functional. We have tall wooden shelves lining the walls and a big, heavy desk where we handle all the ledger work. We aren't trying to be anything fancy or corporate. People come in and tell us what they are looking for, and we look it up in our records. Sometimes the computer acts up, so we just go back to the paper files. It’s a bit old-fashioned, but it’s how we’ve always done it. The building itself has that old smell of paper and medicine that you get in these long-standing places. We spend quite a bit of our time moving crates around and drinking tea from the stall around the corner. The neighbors from the nearby shops often drop by to share some news or just say hello. We don't have any big advertisements or promotional posters in the window. Just the name on the door and the address that people have been coming to for years. It’s a steady, simple business and we like the people we meet.
