You can find Rph Crop Science Pvt. Ltd. over at G-1138, near the Kihan Gate on Road 1-c. We are in the Gidc Metoda area of Rajkot, right off Kalawad Road. It is a busy part of town with a lot of agricultural businesses nearby. We spend our time working on things related to crop science. It involves a lot of looking at samples and keeping track of different bags of product. The office is functional and nothing more. We have some storage areas and a small space for paperwork. It is not a shiny corporate headquarters by any means. We sometimes have stains on our clothes and the floor has definitely seen better days. We work with the rhythms of the seasons because that is how farming works. When it is planting season, things get very hectic around here and we are all on our feet. In the off-season, we spend more time cleaning up and preparing for the next big rush. We do not have a social media person or a website with music. We just talk to the farmers and the guys who distribute our products. We are just regular people in Rajkot who know a thing or two about crops. Sometimes we make mistakes, but we always try to fix them quickly. We are honest about what we do. There are no fancy mission statements on our walls.
