We are based at Survey No. 288, right along the Village Main Road. Our business is Royal E. P. E. Foam Pvt. Ltd. We spend our days working with foam rolls and sheets. If you walk into our space, you will see a lot of blue and white foam stacked up high. It’s a simple operation. We don't have a lot of fancy bells and whistles. The building is just a basic structure that keeps the rain off the stock. I’ve been working here for years, and most of the other guys have too. We are a small team and we know each other's families. We don't have a big mission statement or corporate goals. We just want to make sure the foam is cut right and the trucks are loaded on time. The Village Main Road can get a bit muddy when it rains, which makes loading a bit of a challenge, but we manage. We use old-fashioned clipboards to keep track of our inventory. It’s not a high-tech environment. We have a small room where we store our lunches and take a break when the sun is too hot. We don't do a lot of talking during the day; we mostly just focus on the machines. It’s a steady job and we are glad to have it. Most of us walk to work from the village nearby.
