We've been here on Gondal Road for quite a while now. Kothariya is where we set up the shop. It's busy in Rajkot, especially around this part of Gujarat. People know us as Rolex Rings Pvt Ltd. We mostly deal with rings and forging stuff. The heat in the workshop gets pretty intense during the summer months, but that's just how it is. We have a lot of machines running all day. The workers are mostly locals from around the area. Some have been with us for years. We just get on with the work every morning. It’s not a fancy place. Just a regular industrial setup with lots of metal and noise. We ship things out to different places, but the heart of it is right here. Sometimes the roads get dusty with all the trucks coming in and out. We try to keep things organized, but in a big place like this, there’s always something moving or needing a fix. You’ll find us easily if you’re driving down the main road. It's a straightforward business. We make the parts and they go where they need to go. There’s no big secret to it. We just show up and do the job. It’s a lot of metalwork and heavy lifting. We don’t spend much time on office stuff if we can help it. The floor is where everything happens. We have a small tea stall nearby where the guys go for breaks. We don't have a big reception area with fancy chairs. Just desks and files and the sound of hammers. It's been that way for a long time.
