Rockwell Industries is located over in Metoda, specifically at G-1125-26/A in the Lodhika Gidc area. If you're coming down Kalawad Road, you just need to head towards Gate No. 3. It’s a big industrial patch, so it can be easy to get turned around if you aren’t careful. Our building is pretty standard for the area, lots of concrete and the sound of machines running throughout the day. We have been here for a while and the routine doesn't change much. We start early when the air is still a bit cool. The shop floor is where everything happens, and the small office in the front is mostly for handling the bills and the phone calls that never seem to stop. It gets loud, but you get used to it after a week or two. We don't have a marketing team or anyone to make the place look like a magazine cover. It’s a factory, so there’s grease and metal shavings around, which is normal for us. We just focus on getting the orders out on time. Sometimes the trucks get delayed at the gate, and we end up staying late to help load them up. That’s just life in Gidc. It’s a lot of hard work, but we like the community of businesses here. We keep our heads down and stay busy.
