Our factory is over at GIDC Lodhika on Kishan Gate Road. We’re in the G-1828-29 block. It’s a big industrial estate, so there are many units just like ours. This is where we do all the production for Fortune Extrusion. The building is a big shed and it gets quite warm inside with all the machinery running. We do extrusion, which involves a lot of heat and pressure. It’s a noisy environment and there’s always the smell of metal and oil. We have a dedicated team that knows how to handle the heavy equipment. There’s no fancy office here; we spend most of our time on the factory floor. We have piles of raw materials and finished parts waiting to be shipped out. The road outside is always busy with trucks coming and going. It can be a bit chaotic at times, but we have a system that works for us. We’ve been here for many years and most of our business comes from word of mouth in the industry. We don't have a glossy brochure or a big sales team. We just focus on making sure the machines are running right and the orders are met. It’s a straightforward industrial business. We’re just a group of people working hard in the GIDC to get things made and out the door. It is a long day every day, but we get it done.
