Our place, Riva Property Llp, is situated right on 150 Feet Road in Rajkot. We are near the Big Bazar and right across from the R.M.C. West Zone office. If you know Krishna Villa, we are right there. It’s a very busy part of the city, especially with all the shoppers and people going to the municipal office for their work. We chose this spot because it is easy for people to find us while they are out doing their errands. The office is pretty basic. We have some desks, a computer that sometimes runs slow, and a lot of paper documents for the properties we manage. Rajkot is a fast-moving place, and we try to keep pace with it. We spend our days meeting with buyers and sellers who want to get things done without a lot of fuss. We don't use polished sales pitches or anything like that. We just tell people what we know about the houses and plots in the area. Sometimes the noise from the traffic on 150 Feet Road gets into the office, but you get used to it after a while. We are just local people working in the real estate market. We know which areas are getting more water and where the new roads are being planned by the city. It’s practical work and we try to do it honestly. We’ve been at this Krishna Villa location for some time now and know most of the people nearby. It’s just a regular local business helping folks out.
