You can find Rhythm Plastics Pvt. Ltd. at G-2511 on Road H-1. We are right by Gate 1, near Bhavani Cement in Metoda. It's an easy spot to locate if you know where the cement plant is. We work with plastics, mostly molding and shaping things into whatever parts the order calls for. The machines make a rhythmic thumping sound all day, which is maybe where the name came from, though I’m not entirely sure about that. It’s a busy place. We have workers coming in shifts to keep the production going around the clock sometimes. It’s not the cleanest job in the world—there’s always a bit of plastic scrap or some oil on the floor—but we try to keep it decent enough to work in. We aren't some giant international firm with a board of directors. We’re just a local company in the Gidc area trying to make a go of it. We have some regular customers who have been with us for years. They know we aren't fancy, but they also know we get the job done and don't charge more than we should. We don't have a lot of corporate rules or employee handbooks. We just expect everyone to work hard and be fair to each other. Some days are stressful when a machine breaks down or a shipment is delayed by the rain, but we just handle it as it comes. It's just a regular factory life for us here in Metoda.
