Refractory Solutions

Our shop is located at Survey No. 28, specifically Plot No. 49 on the Village Main Road in Bhaktidham-2. We deal with refractory solutions, which basically means we handle materials that can stand up to high heat. It is a dusty kind of job, and we usually end the day with gray smudges all over our clothes. We’ve been at this location for a while now, and we have seen the street change quite a bit as new buildings go up. It’s just a handful of us here. We don't have a manager or a human resources department. If a customer calls, whoever isn't busy with a machine will answer the phone. The floor of the workshop is concrete and has plenty of marks from the heavy stuff we move around. We have a small corner where we keep our tools and a kettle for making tea in the afternoon. It isn't a fancy setup, but it’s ours. We spend a lot of time measuring and cutting to make sure everything fits the way it should. Sometimes we have to stay a bit late to finish a batch, but nobody really complains. We don't have a website or a social media page. We just do the work that comes our way and keep the doors open. It’s a practical business for practical people, and we stay busy.
