Rashmi Exports

Rashmi Exports is based in the Yogi Complex, right on Old Cement Road. We are near the Jamanabai Haweli Chowk, which is a fairly well-known landmark around here. Jamnagar gets quite hot, and our office in the complex is where we spend the bulk of our time trying to stay cool and get orders sorted. We focus on exports, which means a lot of time spent on the phone or typing out emails to people in different time zones. Our desks are usually covered in shipping documents and product samples. It’s not a large operation, just a few of us working together to make sure things don't get stuck at the port. The building itself is pretty standard for this area—nothing too fancy, just concrete and glass. We’ve had the same neighbors for years, and we often chat in the hallway about how the market is moving. Sometimes shipments get delayed or there’s a problem with the paperwork, and those are the days we end up staying late into the evening. We don't have any corporate training or big speeches. We just learned the business by doing it every day. When a big order finally leaves, we all feel a bit of relief. It’s a practical life, focused on logistics and keeping the customers satisfied without making a big fuss about it. We just keep our heads down and work through the pile on our desks until the day is done.
