Rasandik Engg. is based out of a quiet little place called Patehara Kalan in the Mirzapur district of Uttar Pradesh. We are located at the house of Shri Satya Prakash Singh, who is well known in the village. It’s not your typical industrial office with lots of glass and metal. Instead, it’s a much more grounded setup where things happen at a steadier pace. Working in a village means you get to know everyone, and we often have people dropping by just to say hello or ask how things are going. Our engineering work is mostly focused on practical things that keep the local machinery running. We don’t have a marketing team or anyone to write fancy brochures for us. We just rely on the fact that we do our work and people know where to find us. The roads around here can be a bit rough, especially after the monsoon, so getting supplies in can sometimes be a bit of a challenge. We just take it in stride and do what needs to be done. The office is simple, with just the basic tools and furniture we need to stay organized. We aren't trying to be some big global corporation. We are just a local engineering outfit that cares about the community we live in. Most of our days are spent checking parts and making sure everything is in order for our customers. It’s a good way to live and work without all the stress of a big city.
