Rang Resham Boutique

You can find Rang Resham Boutique over at No. 8/B in the Gurukupa Amrakunj Society. We are located on Amin Marg, right near Ganga Hall, which makes it easier for people to find us. The boutique is part of a residential society, so it has a much calmer feel than the shops on the main highway. We have our sewing area set up near the back where you can hear the constant hum of the machines. There are bits of silk and colorful thread everywhere you look. Sometimes it feels like we are drowning in fabric, but we usually know where everything is. The walls have some samples hanging up, but mostly it is just shelves packed with different materials. We spend our days taking measurements and talking to people about what they want to wear for weddings or parties. It is a lot of small details that need attention. The light in the morning is really nice through the front window, which helps when we are trying to match colors. We have been here in Amrakunj Society for a while, and it feels like a nice community. People often stop by just to chat or ask about a repair. It is not a huge place, so it gets warm when we have the irons going. We just try to keep things moving and get the orders finished before the sun goes down. It is a busy little spot but we like it.
