We've been here at G-729 on Road No. 5 for a good while now. It's right near the telephone exchange in Gidc Metoda, which makes it easy for folks to find us. Dealing with packaging isn't always glamorous but it's what we do every day. The machines can be loud and the floor gets dusty, but that's just how a factory works. Most mornings start early with a cup of tea and checking the schedules for what needs to go out. We handle a lot of different orders, some big and some small. If you walk past the shop, you'll probably see the trucks backing in or the guys moving stacks around. We don't spend much time in the office because there's always something to fix or check on the line. It gets hot in the summer under the tin roof, but we just keep at it. Sometimes a machine breaks down and we're all hands on deck to get it running again so we don't fall behind. It's a steady life here in the industrial estate. We know the neighbors and the delivery drivers by name. We aren't trying to change the world, just making sure the boxes and wraps are sturdy enough for whatever the customers are shipping. It's honest work and it keeps us busy from Monday to Saturday. Sometimes we stay late when a big order comes in, but that is just part of the job for everyone here at Rameshwar Packaging Industries.
