We are over here at Street No. 12-A on Gondal Road, right in the middle of Rajkot. Our place is actually at House No. 07/88622, tucked away near the Bhakti Nagar Station Plot area. It gets quite loud sometimes with the trains passing by so close, but you get used to that after a few days of working here. Rajeshwari Weavetex Llp isn't some glass building with a lobby. It is a working space where things actually happen. We have been doing our weaving work here for a while now. The floors are often covered with bits of thread and the machines have their own rhythm that never seems to stop. My desk is near the back where it is a bit cooler because the Rajkot heat can really get to you in the summer months. We usually start the day with some tea from the shop around the corner and then we just get into the lists of what needs doing. There is no big hierarchy here, we all just talk across the room when something needs fixing or a shipment is arriving. The address says 360002, and that is where you will find us most days until the sun goes down. We have piles of fabric sitting in the corners and some old fans that keep the air moving. It is a bit cluttered but we know where everything is. This is just a regular local business trying to keep up with the daily orders.
