Rajaji Security Pvt Ltd is based right here in Rajkot, over in Rail Nagar near the Parth Primary School. We've been operating out of Block No 57 for a while now. Most days it is just us managing the staff and making sure everyone is where they need to be. It gets pretty busy around here with the school traffic and the parents dropping off kids, but we manage to stay focused. Not being a huge corporation with fancy glass offices, we're just a local group trying to do right by the people who hire us. Our office is simple, nothing too special to look at, but it gets the job done and keeps us organized. A lot of time is spent on the phone or out at different sites checking on the guys. It’s hard work sometimes, especially when the weather isn’t great or when someone doesn't show up for a shift at the last minute. But that's just part of the daily grind in this industry. Most of the people around the Sarvajanik Plot area know us by now. It feels good to be part of the community and we like the local vibe. This started because we knew the area and saw a need for it. There isn't much more to it than that. Coming in every morning, we have some tea and get to work. Straightforward and honest is how we deal with everyone. It is not always easy, but we keep at it day after day.
