Raghuvir Technocast

If you head down 80 Feet Road in Rajkot and look near the Nagrik Bank, you will find us at Raghuvir Technocast. We are right there in Patel Nagar at number 1. This place is pretty much what you expect from a small foundry in Gujarat. It is loud, dusty, and there is always some kind of metal being melted down. We have been here for a long time. My father started with just a small furnace and we have just kept adding bits and pieces to the shop over the years. We do casting work, mostly small parts that go into larger machines. It is a tough way to make a living because the heat from the molten metal is really intense, especially during the summer months. We don't have a fancy website or a big sales team. Most of our work comes from people just walking in or calling because they heard about us from someone else in the trade. We just focus on getting the molds right and making sure the metal pours clean. The floor is usually covered in sand and bits of scrap, but we know where everything is. It’s just a regular bunch of guys working hard every day. We don't do much talk, we just get the orders done. It’s a simple business but it keeps us busy and pays the bills for everyone here.
