Radheshyam Industries

Radheshyam Industries is located at Plot No. 14, Survey No. 46/1 in the Vavdi Industrial Area of Rajkot. To get here, you have to go down the Murlidhar Weigh Bridge street, which is usually full of heavy trucks waiting their turn. It is just before you reach Krishna Park. Our place is a typical Rajkot workshop, lots of dust and the sound of machines running all day long. The building is made of bricks and tin, and it gets pretty loud inside when everyone is working at once. We have been in this spot for a few years now. The road outside isn't paved very well, so it gets muddy when it rains and very dusty when it’s dry. We have a small crew of people who know their way around the tools. We don't spend money on fancy furniture or decorations. Most of the space is taken up by the equipment and the parts we are working on. There is a small temple area in the corner where we light an incense stick every morning before starting the first machine. It’s a habit we’ve always had. Sometimes the weigh bridge traffic makes it hard to get out of the street, so you have to be patient. We don't have a big office, just a small table where we keep the bills and the phone. It is honest work in a busy part of Gujarat, and we stay focused on the job.
