Pratik Industries

Pratik Industries is tucked away at 3, Samrat Industries Area. We're right behind the S. T. Work Shop on Gondal Road. If you reach the Satyanarayan Weighbridge, you've pretty much found us. It’s a busy part of Rajkot, especially with all the heavy trucks coming and going. Our workshop is usually full of metal scraps and the smell of oil. We do a lot of fabrication and machining work here. It’s not a clean environment by any means. There’s always someone welding or grinding something down. We started this place because we knew how to work with our hands. We don't have a big corporate structure. It's mostly just family and a few hired hands who know their way around a lathe. Sometimes the power goes out and we have to wait it out, which is just part of life here. We don't have a website that gets updated or anything. Most of our work comes from word of mouth in the local market. People know where we are if they need a part made or something repaired. The floor is concrete and stained with years of work, but it serves its purpose. We keep the machines running as long as there is work to do. It gets hot in the afternoons, but we get used to it. We just focus on getting the dimensions right and making sure the pieces fit together. That’s what keeps us busy day in and day out. It is a long walk from the main gate.
