Pramukh Forge

Pramukh Forge is based out of Plot No. E-18 on C Road Street, right near Gate No. 2 in the Metoda GIDC area. A good landmark to find us is the Shree Ram Weigh Bridge, which is quite close by. Being in a GIDC means we are surrounded by all sorts of factories and workshops. Our plot is usually busy with the sound of the forge and people moving raw materials around. It gets quite hot near the furnaces, so we have big fans going all the time to keep the air moving. We deal with a lot of heavy metal pieces, and you can usually see stacks of them waiting near the entrance. The floor is made of thick concrete to handle the weight of the machinery and the products. We don't have a lot of decorations or a fancy front gate. It is a practical space designed for heavy-duty work. Most of our workers live nearby and have a lot of experience with this kind of forging. We just focus on getting the shapes right and making sure the metal is treated correctly. Sometimes the dust from the road gets into everything, but that’s just part of being in an industrial zone like Metoda. We keep our tools organized as best as we can and just get on with the day's tasks. It is a straightforward business, and we prefer it that way. We make the parts and we move on to the next job.
