We are located in Bhandariya, which is out in the Jasdan taluka of Rajkot district. It’s a bit of a drive to get out here, but it’s where Pmc Projects(I)Pvt.Ltd.(Adani Groups) is based. Working in a place like this is different from being in a big city like Rajkot or Ahmedabad. It’s quieter, for one thing. We don’t have the constant honking of cars outside our window. Our daily routine is pretty simple. We get to the office, check the mail, and see what projects need our attention. It’s a lot of coordination and making sure things are moving at the right speed. We don't have a big marketing department or anyone to write fancy things about us. We’re just regular people doing our jobs. The office is plain and functional. We have what we need to get the work done, and that’s it. Sometimes the weather makes things a bit tough, but we just adapt. We take our lunch breaks together and talk about things other than work for a bit. It feels more like a small community than a corporate office. We’ve been here for a while and we know the area well. There are no big promises or flashy slogans here. Just a group of workers trying to do their best with the projects we have. It’s a straightforward life in the district. We stay busy and we keep it practical.
