If you have ever been to this industrial zone, you know it is a massive place with thousands of units. Our spot is right in the middle of all that activity. We deal with metal parts and shipping them out, so there is always a lot of heavy lifting and metal clanging around the workshop. The heat in Gujarat can get pretty intense, especially in the summer, but we just keep the fans going and get on with the job. The roads here are always busy with tempos and trucks carrying raw materials. We have a decent-sized plot where we store the inventory before it gets sent off. It’s not a quiet place by any means. There is always the sound of cutting or grinding somewhere in the background. Our workers have been with us for a long time and they know the machines inside out. We don’t have much time for fancy talk, we just focus on making sure the metal pieces are right. The GIDC has grown a lot since we first arrived. It used to be much quieter. Now, there is a new business on every corner. We just stick to our routine and make sure we meet our deadlines every week.
