Tirth Imitation

People often find us over here at 48parijat Residency, which is quite close to Sun City. We’ve been running Tirth Imitation from this spot for a while now. The shop isn’t huge, but it fits everything we need to keep things moving. On a normal day, the sun hits the front window around ten in the morning, and that’s usually when we start setting things out. It’s mostly just us handling the jewelry pieces and making sure they aren’t getting dusty. The neighborhood is fairly quiet, though you get the usual traffic from folks heading toward Sun City in the evenings. We spend a lot of time just organizing the small boxes and checking what we have left in the drawers. It’s not fancy work. Sometimes the tea stall guy next door brings over some chai, and we sit on the stools for a bit before more people show up. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, but they’ve looked this way for years, so we just leave them be. Dealing with imitation jewelry means handling lots of tiny items that like to get lost under the counters if you aren’t careful. We just keep our heads down and get the tasks done. Most days are about the same, which is fine by us. It’s just a regular local business trying to keep the shelves full and the lights on without making too much of a fuss about it.
