Our place is right on Soni Bazar Main Road in Rajkot. This part of town is always moving, from early morning until late. It is a narrow street but it has a lot of history behind it. We have stayed in this spot for a long time. Paresh D Vora is the name on our door. It is a small operation really. The shop is tucked away among all the other businesses that deal in gold and jewelry. Outside, it is very noisy with scooters and people shouting to each other. Once you come inside, we just focus on our tasks. We do not have a website or any big signs to grab attention. Most of our work comes from being here every single day for years. Our neighbors have been around as long as us, so we share tea and talk about the market. It is a very traditional way of doing things. No complicated computer systems are used here. Just a desk, some chairs, and our paper ledgers. The air in Soni Bazar is thick with the smell of the market. We open up the doors early and do not leave until the evening rush starts to slow down. It is a simple life we have here. We do not try to act like a big corporation. We just provide what we can from this small space on the main road. The 360001 area is truly our home. We have seen the street change quite a bit, but we stay the same.
