We've been at Moti Tanki Chowk for a while now, inside Arihant Plaza. It’s a busy spot in Rajkot. Most days we are just busy checking stocks and making sure the boxes get where they need to go. It isn't a fancy place. We mostly deal with other shops and some regular folks who come by. The shelves are usually full of whatever the doctors are asking for these days. Sometimes the traffic outside gets really loud, but you get used to it after a few years. We spend a lot of time on the phone or writing down orders. It’s just how things work here. People know where to find us in room 103. We don't have much of a front office, just the main room where everything happens. Sometimes the deliveries are late because of the weather or the roads, so we just wait it out. It’s hard work, lifting boxes and keeping track of all the small vials and pills. My nephew helps out sometimes when it gets too much for me. We just try to keep things moving. Rajkot is a big city and there’s always someone needing something from the medical line. We just stay open until the work is done for the day. That’s pretty much it for us here at Nirmal. Nothing too complicated, just a regular day at the plaza. We like the neighborhood even with the noise around us.
