Ncc

Ncc is located out here near Gala Post in Morbi. We are part of the Dic-Ncc (Jv) setup for Package-IV. This area is very industrial and there is always a lot of construction and dust around. Our office is more like a site office than a headquarters. It is a practical space where we keep all the tools, maps, and logs for the project. There are usually trucks moving around outside and a lot of noise from the nearby worksites. We have been stationed here for the duration of this project. It is not the kind of place where you would find fancy rugs or expensive coffee machines. We just have a kettle for tea and some basic desks. Most of us wear boots and dusty clothes because we are always going out to check on the progress. Morbi is a busy place for this kind of work. We spend a lot of time coordinating with different teams and making sure the supplies arrive at the right spot. It can be a bit chaotic during the peak hours, but we have a system that works for us. We don't have a marketing team writing stuff for us, so this is just how it is. We stay here until the work is done for the day, which can sometimes be quite late. It’s a tough job but someone has to do it. We are just a local team working on a big project nearby.
