Shree Satya Industries

Our workshop, Shree Satya Industries, is located on Kuvadva Road. We are near the Octroi Naka on Navagam Road in Rajkot. It’s a part of the city where there is a lot of industry. You can see warehouses and small factories all along the street. We’ve been at this address for quite a few years now. The building is a bit grey and simple, but it’s sturdy. We spend our days mostly working on the floor. There is always the sound of machinery and tools going. We don’t have a big office staff, just a few people to handle the phones and the money side of things. Most of us are focused on the actual production. We keep the doors open usually to let some air in because it gets pretty hot in Rajkot. We don’t really do any big advertising. Most of our work comes from people who have known us for years or other businesses in the neighborhood. It’s a practical way of doing things. We don't have any fancy meetings or mission statements on the walls. We just have our tools and our schedules. Sometimes the power goes out or a machine breaks, and we just deal with it and keep going. It’s just a normal life here. We take our tea breaks together and then get back to it. It’s not much, but it’s our work and we take it seriously in our own way.
