If you look for us, we’re right across from the IOC gas plant on the National Highway. It’s Parmeshwarark Park, near the Kanta Vikas Gruh Road. Being in Navagam means we see a lot of traffic passing by on the way to Anand Par. Natural Homoeo Herbals is tucked away here. We deal with a lot of homeopathic items and herbal supplies. It can get quite hot in the afternoons, but we keep the fans going. The shelves are packed with bottles and packets that we spend our time organizing. It’s a small team here, and we all know our roles. Sometimes the dust from the highway gets in, so we spend a lot of time cleaning. We don't really have a fancy lobby or anything like that. It’s mostly just us working in the back or checking the inventory. People stop by because they know where we are, right by the landmark. We’ve been at this spot for a while, and it feels like home now. We just manage the daily stuff, filling out forms and making sure the supplies don't run low. It’s straightforward work. No one here is trying to be anything we’re not. We just provide the herbal products people are looking for when they come through Balkrishna. It takes time to get everything right, but we don't mind the pace. We mostly just talk about what needs to be done next and who is going to handle the new delivery coming in. It keeps us busy from morning until we close up for the day.
