Narayan Forging & Gears (P) Ltd. is a small place located right behind Best Agro Foods on Shapar Main Road in Shaper (Verval). For quite a while now, our guys have been working on gears and metal forgings every single day. The noise from the hammers and the heat from the furnaces is just part of the daily routine. Some people find the location a bit hard to spot since it is tucked away behind the food plant, but the sign is there once you look for it. It gets pretty dusty and loud inside the shop, but that is how a forge works. Most of the people here have been with us for years and know the machines well. We handle different kinds of gear jobs and forging work depending on what customers need at the time. Sometimes the schedules get tight when a big order comes in, but we try to manage the load. It is not a fancy office or a corporate building. It’s just a workshop with real machines and people who know how to use them. We started out with just a couple of machines and slowly added more as the years moved along. If you are driving down Shaper Main Road, you just turn in near the agro unit to find us. We deal with various metals and all sorts of shapes. It is honest, hard work that keeps everyone busy from morning till evening. Keeping the machines running and making sure everything is correct is what we do.
