M/S. Phoenix Projects Pvt. Ltd. is based out of Rajkot, specifically in the Rajkot Dairy Colony. Our address is Bunglow No. B 2 on Dudhsagar G. It’s a bit of a unique spot being in a dairy colony, and it has a different feel than the more industrial parts of the city. The bungalow serves as our main office, and it has enough room for the small team we have working here. We use the different rooms for different tasks, like one for the main office work and another for storage. Rajkot can get quite hot, so we’re glad for the shade the trees around the colony provide. It’s a bit of a trek to get out here for some, but we like the quiet. We don’t have any big signs out front, just the house number B 2. Most of our days are spent coordinating projects from the desks we’ve set up in what used to be a living area. It feels very personal and unpretentious. We have a small yard where we sometimes stand and talk about the day’s tasks. It’s not the kind of place where you’ll find polished glass and steel. It’s just a regular building where we put in our hours and try to stay productive. We’ve been here for a bit and have become a small part of the local scenery in the colony. Nothing about our setup is flashy, we just do the work.
