Moti Industries sits right on Shitlamata Temple Road, across from the Bhagwati Britebar. We take up Plots 1, 2, and 3 at Survey No. 236. Being near the temple, you often hear the bells ringing or people passing by on their way to pray. It’s a contrast to the noise we make inside our gates. We have been here for a while, and the neighborhood has changed around us. Our work is heavy and loud. We deal with metal and industrial parts, so there is always the sound of grinding or clanking. The yard is usually full of raw materials waiting to be processed. It gets a bit cluttered, especially when two orders come in at once. We don't have a fancy office. Most of the paperwork happens on a small desk tucked in the corner of the workshop. The staff here are locals who know the machines inside out. We don’t use big words or have long meetings. We just look at what needs to be done and we do it. Sometimes the rain makes the road outside a bit of a mess, but we still get the trucks in and out. If you walk by, you’ll see the guys in their work shirts, probably taking a quick tea break before getting back to the machines. It is a simple life here at Moti Industries. We focus on the work on our floor and let the rest of the world go by.
