Mighty Inc.

Mighty Inc. is located out at Gidc Metoda, on Road No-10 near the Kranti Gate. We are spread across Ploat No 104-110/2. If you know the industrial estate, you know it’s a lot of walking and heavy trucks moving in and out all day. Our workshop is where we spend the bulk of our time. We aren't a big corporate office with glass walls. It’s more about the concrete floors and the sound of the machines running. We do a bit of everything here when it comes to making parts. Some days we are focused on assembly, and other days we’re just organizing the inventory so we can actually find things. It gets pretty loud during the peak hours, but that’s just how it is in Metoda. We have a small group of workers who show up early to get the machines warmed up. We don't have a lot of fancy titles or meetings that last for hours. We just look at what needs to be made for the week and we get to it. Sometimes the heat in the summer makes the metal parts hot to the touch, so we have to be careful. We take our tea breaks outside by the gate when it's quiet. It's a simple way of making a living, and we’ve been doing it at this spot for quite a while now.
