Our place is over at G/1603 on Road No. 5 in the Metoda GIDC area. It’s right near the Telephone Exchange, which is the easiest way to explain where we are to delivery drivers who get lost. The road can get quite bumpy, especially after a heavy storm. Inside, the layout is a bit cramped because we’ve added more equipment over the years. We didn’t really plan the floor space perfectly, so you have to watch your step around the cables and raw materials. It smells like oil and metal most of the time. That’s just the nature of the work we do. We start early, usually before the sun gets too hot, and keep at it until the evening shift takes over. The office is just a small partitioned area with a computer that’s seen better days and some old filing cabinets. We don’t really do meetings there; it’s mostly just for checking orders. We know the neighbors on either side pretty well. Sometimes we borrow tools or help each other out if a truck gets stuck in the mud. It isn't a high-tech facility with shiny glass walls. It’s a working shop where people put in their hours and go home. We focus on the parts we make and try to keep the machines running smooth. If you come by, you’ll likely find us in the middle of a job.
