Epp Composites Pvt. Ltd. is over at Plot No. 2646 on the Kranti Gate Main Road. Being right there in the Gidc Lokhika Industrial Estate means we are right in the thick of things. The traffic near Kranti Gate can be a bit of a headache during shift changes, with bikes and trucks everywhere, but it’s a lively place to be. Our plot at 2646 is where we spend the bulk of our lives. It’s got that specific industrial smell that sticks to your clothes, and the sounds of the Lokhika estate are always there in the background. We aren't really into big presentations or polished speeches at Epp Composites Pvt. Ltd. We’d rather be on the shop floor seeing how the latest project is coming along. The building itself is sturdy and functional, designed for work rather than looking pretty. We have some regular spots where we take our breaks, usually just a corner with a few chairs where we can talk about things other than work for ten minutes. The people here have a lot of practical experience, and they don't need much direction to know what needs doing. It’s a down-to-earth environment where we value common sense over fancy theories.
