Operating out of G-1604 near Gate No. 2 in Gidc is where you’ll find us. Angel Pumps has been around for some time, mainly dealing with the stuff people need to move water or other liquids. It’s not a glamorous job, but someone has to do it. The workshop is usually humming with the sound of testing. We have a small crew and most of them have been with us since the beginning. We don't have a marketing department or anything like that. Usually, people just hear about us through word of mouth or see the sign near the gate. The heat in the Gidc area can get pretty intense during the summer months, but we keep the fans going and keep working. We focus on making sure the pumps actually work like they are supposed to before they leave the shop. There isn't much to say about the building itself, it's just a standard industrial unit with enough space for our tools and parts. We keep a lot of spare gaskets and metal pieces around because you never know when a repair might come in. It’s a bit of a cramped space sometimes when we have a big shipment ready to go. But we manage. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there, just trying to keep the machines running for the folks who rely on them. It’s a steady life for us here at the Gidc plant.
