We are located in Shapar, specifically in the street opposite Field Marshal High School, just off the Gondal National Highway No-8-B. It's a busy part of the Taluka Kotda Sangani area. Working in a place like Meena Cast means you’re always around the smell of metal and the heat from the furnaces. We’ve been operating out of this village for quite a while now. The highway is always humming with trucks carrying goods, and we’re part of that whole ecosystem. Our day usually starts early because the heat gets to be a lot in the afternoon. We focus on casting various parts that businesses nearby or further away might need. It’s not a very clean job, and our clothes usually show it by the end of the shift. We don't have a lot of time for fancy meetings or corporate talk. We just look at the drawings, prepare the sand molds, and get the metal ready. It’s a process we’ve done a thousand times. Sometimes the power goes out or a machine breaks down, and we just deal with it. People around Shapar know us as a reliable bunch who don't put on airs. We’re just here to do our job and go home to our families at the end of the day. It’s a practical way to make a living, and we’re okay with that. Most days are long and tiring, but we feel good when the final castings are finished and ready.
