Our setup at Max Nonwoven Pvt. Ltd. covers three plots, 119, 120, and 121, over in the Golden Industrial Estate. Being right on the Main Road and Virva Road makes it pretty easy for the big delivery trucks to find our gates. We work with nonwoven fabrics, which means the whole place is often filled with these huge, heavy rolls of white or colored material. It looks like a giant sewing room but with much bigger industrial machines. The noise is a constant thumping and whirring sound that vibrates through the concrete floor all day long. We have to keep the area as clean as possible because any dust is bad for the fabric quality. It is a big space to manage, and walking from one end of the building to the other takes a few minutes if you are in a hurry. We have a decent group of people working the shifts here. Some of them have been with the company since the very beginning. We do not really do anything fancy; we just make sure the machines are fed with the right raw stuff and that the fabric comes out even. Sometimes a roll gets jammed and we all have to jump in together to clear it out. It is a bit of a workout. When the shift finally ends, everyone is pretty tired, but the warehouse is usually full of finished stock ready to go out.
