You can find us at 1 Mani Nagar, right across from the Rcc Bank in the Mavdi Plot area of Rajkot. This part of Gujarat is known for its industries, and Rathod Industries is just one of the many small shops trying to get things done. We have been operating from this location for quite some time now. The workspace is usually a bit of a mess with metal shavings and oil, but that is just how a real workshop looks when people are actually working. We don’t spend much time worrying about how the place looks to outsiders because our focus is entirely on the machines and the orders we have to finish. Most of our staff are local guys who have been with us for years, so we all know how the others work without needing to talk too much. The street outside is always busy with trucks and tempos moving goods, and we are right there in the thick of it. We don't have a fancy website or a sales team to go out and find business. Instead, people just come by because they know we are here and that we do what we say we will do. It is a straightforward way of living. We start early in the morning, handle the daily grind, and head home to our families once the shutters are down. There is nothing complicated about how we run things here.
