Our shop is in the Shiv Shakti Building over in the Mavdi Plot area of Rajkot. It’s an industrial spot, mostly focused on the neighborhood around Maninagar. We’ve got our wire-cut machines set up and they usually run most of the day for Shreenathji Wire-Cut Pvt. Ltd. It’s a bit noisy and the floor is usually covered in some kind of metal scraps, but that’s just the nature of the work. We don't have a fancy front office or anyone in a suit. Most of us are in work clothes because we are actually doing the cutting and the measuring ourselves. Rajkot has a lot of small shops like ours, and we just try to be one of the reliable ones. Mavdi Plot is a busy place with a lot of trucks moving in and out at all hours. It can be hard to find parking sometimes, especially in the afternoons. We’ve been at this for a while now, and we know the machines inside and out. It’s not a complicated business, but it requires being careful with the details and measurements. We just take the orders as they come and try to get them finished on time. We don't do much in the way of advertising. Most people around here just know where we are located. It’s an honest way to make a living and we like the people we work with every day. The building itself is nothing special, but it serves its purpose for our wire-cutting work.
