You can find us at unit 13 in the Jaykrishna Industries Estate. We’re right behind where the old Vikas Stove place used to be. It’s an industrial area, so don’t expect anything too pretty. We make interior products, mainly the hardware and small bits that make furniture and kitchens actually work. It’s a lot of metalwork and assembly. The shop floor is usually loud with the sound of machines and people shouting over them to be heard. We’ve been in this estate for a long time. Our workers are like family; many have been here since the start. We don't have a big corporate structure or a human resources department. If there’s a problem, we just talk about it over tea. We focus on getting the batches out and making sure the finish is okay. We don't spend money on glossy brochures. Most of our business comes from people who have bought from us before and know what to expect. It’s practical, everyday work. We often have boxes stacked up to the ceiling waiting to be shipped out. Sometimes the power goes out or a machine gets stuck, and we just have to roll up our sleeves and fix it. We just keep things moving here in the estate, one order at a time.
