Marbilano Surfaces Llp has a shop over at the Mahavir Complex in Lati Plot 2. We are at Shop No. 32. It is right near Jyoti Mandap, which is a well-known landmark in this area. Lati Plot 2 is a very busy hub for the surface and tile industry. There are trucks moving in and out all day long, and the air is always a bit dusty. Our shop is where we show our samples and talk to customers. It is not a huge place, so we have to be careful how we stack things. We spend a lot of time on our feet, showing different marble and surface options to whoever walks in. It is a lot of manual work and sometimes our hands get pretty dirty from handling the stone. We have a small desk in the back where we do the bills and take phone calls. Most of the people who come in are local contractors or people from the nearby towns. We like being in the Mahavir Complex because everyone knows where it is. It is a noisy, busy place but that is just how the business is here. We try to be helpful and just give people a fair deal without any of the fancy sales talk. Usually, we end the day by sweeping up the shop floor and making a list of what needs to be ordered for the next morning's deliveries.
