Malaviya Infrastructure Private Limited is located right at the corner of Yagnik Road and Gondal Road in Rajkot. We share the space with Malaviya Bros & Co at City Survey No. 737. It is a very well-known corner in the city, so people don't usually have a hard time finding where we are located. We have been part of the Rajkot business scene for quite some time now. Our work focuses on infrastructure projects, which means a lot of time is spent on planning and managing site work. The office is often full of paper and old maps of the city. We are a local team, and most of us grew up right here in Gujarat. We don't have a corporate vibe at all. It is more like a family business where everyone knows each other's names. We handle the day-to-day grind of construction and land development. It is not always easy, and we certainly have our fair share of long days and stressful meetings. But we like what we do. Being on the corner of two major roads means it is always noisy outside, but that is just the sound of the city moving. We don't do much in the way of advertising or marketing. Most people know the Malaviya name around here anyway. We just try to be fair and get the work done on time. It is a simple approach, but it has worked for us.
