You can find Madhu Silica Pvt. Ltd. at Jai Shakti Society, Plot No. 5-A/2, which is right behind Rajnagar on Nana Mava Road in Rajkot. We’ve been in this part of Gujarat for a long time. The office is tucked away in a spot that stays pretty busy during the day. We handle a lot of the back-end work for our silica business from here. It’s mostly about managing the supply chain and talking to the people who buy from us. Rajkot is a hub for industry, so there’s always something happening nearby. Our team is small, mostly people who have been with us for years. We don’t go in for anything too polished. The desks are covered in ledgers and notes. It’s the kind of place where you can just walk in and talk to whoever is available. We spend a lot of time on the phone, coordinating with the production sites and the trucks. Sometimes the traffic on Nana Mava Road makes getting things in and out a bit of a headache, but we manage. We aren’t trying to be the biggest company out there; we just want to make sure the silica we provide is what people expect. It’s a simple business model based on being reliable and showing up every day. We’ve seen the neighborhood change a lot over the years, but we just keep doing our thing and staying busy with our orders.
