Macpower Cnc Machines Pvt.Ltd is based at Plot No. 2234 in the Metoda GIDC. We are near the Kranti Gate, which is a big landmark in this industrial zone. If you have ever been to Rajkot’s industrial side, you know how busy it gets with all the manufacturing going on. Our place is full of CNC machines, as you might expect. There is a lot of high-tech equipment, but the atmosphere is still very much that of a hardworking factory. We have a lot of staff moving around, checking screens, and moving large metal parts. The floor is painted grey but it is always covered in tiny metal chips from the cutting process. It is a very technical environment, and we spend a lot of time troubleshooting or setting up new programs. It is not a quiet job. There is always a whirring sound or the clanking of metal. We have some office space for the engineers and the admin team, but even there, the focus is entirely on the machines. We eat our lunch in shifts so the production doesn't have to stop for too long. It is a long day usually, starting early and finishing when the work is done. We don't really do fancy presentations or anything. People come here to see the machines in action, and that is what we show them. It’s just how we operate.
